Will Jagy is a mathematician living in Berkeley, California. His (U. C. Berkeley) Ph. D. dissertation was in Differential Geometry. His published article on the hyperbolic plane is discussed in the fourth edition(2008) of Euclidean and Non-Euclidean Geometries by Marvin Jay Greenberg. Work at MSRI with Irving Kaplansky led to some joint articles in Number Theory. Unpublished documents by both of us about ternary quadratic forms are at ternary forms site.
